Public Speaking
Speak2Lead's Public Speaking project helps your child to find their voice! Speak2Lead provides a virtual platform to prepare 4th-12th grade youth for success in life by enriching their public speaking and debating skills, resulting in greater self-confidence and personal growth, which helps in overall well being of community.
Story: In December 2018, the Public Speaking project was launched, to help youth improve their speaking skills, empower them with tools to become effective communicators who can speak up to become advocates of change they believe in and inspire others to become transformational leaders. Since then, our project has helped students secure leadership roles such as President of their Student Councils, get selected to be Model UN delegates, and more
Impact: Provided nearly 400 hours of speech/debate classes, teaching 70+ students internationally

STEMninjas
STEMninjas is a Speak2Lead initiative, which provides a virtual platform where anyone in need can get free, high-quality, one-on-one STEM academic assistance, and has expanded by creating STEM challenges to drive innovation. It's mission is to provide a forward-thinking, virtual platform, aiming to instill inspiration, spread awareness, and increase proficiency in STEM amongst youth, to enable them for a brighter future. Story: After COVID-19 outbreak, many students throughout the world were not able to receive proper education due to the rapid change to virtual learning, especially in the STEM subjects. In response to this, STEMninjas was created, whose volunteers are providing free virtual tutoring sessions in the STEM field for kids in grades K-12.

Hope Basket
Speak2Lead helps under-privileged children get quality education and provides them with a better future. Education for children prepares them for life-long learning and chance to build a life out of poverty. Using donations, Speak2Lead provides students with tuition fees, school materials, educational books, uniforms, etc, which takes away economical burden from parents to educate a child and gives hope to children to realize their dreams of becoming what they want to be with proper education.
Apna School
Story: When Speak2Lead learned that children in a school (which provides education to under-privileged children like kids of a cart puller, housemaid, street workers, etc.) in India are not able to come to school as their parents can not afford warm clothes during the winter, Speak2Lead donated a jacket for each child at the Apna School for them to continue school throughout the Winter.
In late 2019, Speak2Lead also discovered that these students didn't have access to books, so we commissioned the construction of a new school library. Library now holds ~8000 books.
Impact: 250 Children
Adoption of 5 Government Schools
Story: Students did not have the resources to get a proper education at their school; these deficiencies include a lack of basic material kits, practice books, and teacher training programs. After learning about this, Speak2Lead is funding these 5 schools for the whole year to get these children their right to an education.
Impact: 1000+ Children
Target: Additionally adopt 4-6 schools to provide basic education by the end of 2021
STEM for Every Child
STEM for Every Child, or SEC, is an initiative which promotes STEM education in schools with less developed mathematics/science departments. With this project, Speak2Lead works with schools to introduce STEM enriched curriculum in the school, assists to setup science labs, train teachers with science and maths, etc.
Why STEM skills?
Targeting STEM subjects will help young students learn the skills they’ll need as traditional jobs evolve with the rise of emerging technology. Project-based learning and science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) education, give students the tools to solve real-world problems while also building their problem solving and critical-thinking. STEM is the future; to stay relevant, children need to prepare from early age.
Target: Open 4 new Science Labs in developing countries by the end of 2021
