December 2019 - Speak2Lead Donates Jackets/Uniforms to 250 students of Apna School in India.
December 2019 - Speak2Lead adopts 1st school with 200+ students and Shivam was recognized as "catalyst of youth inspiration" and "an agent of change"
Shivam had been working for a non-profit to raise funds and decided to adopt first school along with a goal of adopting four schools each year.
April 2020 - COVID-19 lockdown inspires MCVTS student to create STEM tutoring program
December 2020 - Shivam receives Presidential Volunteer Service Award - Gold Medal
February 2021 - Speak2Lead donates to build library at Apna School in India. Library holds 8000 books and benefits 250+ students.
In late 2019, Speak2Lead discovered that students didn't have access to books, so we commissioned the construction of a new school library. Construction of library was delayed due to COVID. Library was constructed and inaugurated in Feb'21.
